There are just as many bonafide scientists who refute the claims of any serious and imminent danger of climate change as there are those who support it. This is true among climatologists and meteorologists as well. The ironic thing is that most of those who are so adamant about present-day climate change ignore and/or reject the climate change that took place during Noah's time.
In the antediluvian age, (the time before the worldwide flood), there was no rain upon the earth. There was a canopy of mist that covered the earth which watered and heated the earth. (Genesis 2:5,6) The sun rays would heat the mist and thus by convection heat the whole eath. This explains the reason that tropical plants and animal carcases have been found frozen in the arctic ice.
When God brought on the flood, He caused great catastrophic tectonic and aqueous movements upon the earth. This caused mountain ranges to rise and ocean basins to deepen. In that same time period, the earth tilted on its axis which caused the north and south poles to freeze immediately. That is why mammoths have been found frozen in the ice of Alaska and Siberia. Some had vegetation still in their esophagus.
So, yes there has been climate change in the past and there will be again. The next will be by fire. (II Peter 3:10) No socialistic, economy destroying global programs or planning will prevent that.
